PE - POLİETİLEN

Polietilen (PE) bir termoplastik olup ismini monomer haldeki etilenden alır. Plastik endüstrisinde genelde ismi kısaca PE olarak bilinir. Dış etkenler ve özellikle neme karşı direnci, esneklik ve üstün kimyasal mukavemeti genel özellikleri olarak sayılabilir. Kaplar, kutular, mutfak eşyaları, boru ve tüpler, oyuncaklar, kablo yalıtımı, paketleme ve ambalaj filmleri PE`nin yaygın kullanım alanlarıdır. Polietilen (PE), yoğunluk ve kimyasal özelliklerine göre HDPE, MDPE, LDPE ve LLDPE olarak sınıflandırılır.

PP - POLİPROPİLEN

Polipropilen (PP) yaygın kullanım alanı olan plastiklerdendir. Otomotiv sanayinde kullanılan parçalardan tekstil ve yiyecek paketlemesine, alt yapı ve inşaat sektöründe kullanılan boru ve ek parçalarına kadar birçok alanda kullanımı olan termoplastik bir polimerdir. Monomer propilenin polimer hale getirilmesi ile elde edilen Polipropilen (PP) kimyasal solventlere (asit ve bazlar) karşı aşırı derecede dirençlidir.
